A few years ago the sound man for a church where I was leading worship came up to me and basically said, "I wish there was a way to read through the Bible chronologically!" Aha, I thought to myself...and then proceeded to my nearest Christian bookstore and purchased this Bible--The One Year Chronological Bible (NLT). I knew this translation would be easier for him to read and increase his enjoyment. So that Christmas I purchased this Bible for him as a gift. Upon opening it his eyes lit up and he was so thankful! I know full well this will bring him years of enjoyment, and increase his understanding of the Bible. - Pastor Tom Vasiliow, Evangelical Friends Church Southwest

I find this a great way to read the bible i have been using this - softcover version over the last few years and this has been a real blessing. It has kept my devotional reading going and going as well as deepened my understanding of His word Great Translation Tyndale

I bought this on a visit to England in 2007. I just wanted a chronological Bible, and this was the cheapest, However since then I have read it every day, and love it. Not bad for someone who always found the Bible hard going before. Highly recommended!

I've tried several times to read through the Bible but either get stuck in the Laws or busy with other things and get so far behind. This Bible's format is SO read-able and makes it easy to find the day's reading and just "Do It!" Our church has a group of nearly 20 committed to reading through the Bible this year! I'm so excited!

any way to get an electronic copy of the scripture listing by days? my hardcopy got rained on one day and now I have the challenge of figuring out the reference as I listen to the audio
