I never been much of a reader but when I picked up this series I couldn't put it down. As a member of the military I was instantly drawn in, especially with the events that we are presently facing. I know this series is fictional but I will say it makes me think everyday, "where am I today in my walk with the Lord?" Thanks Mel for the series. I'm sorry you weren't able to continue because in my circle we can relate so much to the challenges Goose, Baker, Delroy, Remington, and our families back home have to face.
