This collection of five books is wonderful. God's grace is truly evident in each woman's life, as promised by the title. I especially appreciated getting historical context and knowledge of each of these stories, as well as the encouragement to read the actual story in the Bible, with the passages given to you. Highly recommended.

I bought this book about a week ago and I am 200 pages in. This is one of the most powerful books about the women of the bible that I have ever read. I am starting the Book of Ruth now and Literally have only put it down to do this review. PICK IT UP!!!

Lineage of Grace by Francine Rivers was not a book I could finish reading. I was very excited to learn about the concept of this book: a look at the women in Jesus' genealogy. Unfortunately, I found this book too be too sexual & lustful to finish. I was highly disappointed.

This book is amazing! I love how it has all five woman from Jesus' lineage and how Francine Rivers puts story line to Biblical accounts. This book had me captivated from the beginning and so excited to read about each woman. I LOVED the accounts of Tamar and Bathsheba and I have always loved Ruth and her account made me love her even more. Every woman should read this book!
