Darcy Kimmel has a heart for encouraging and equipping women to maximize their unique callings in life. Her greatest joys come from her own relationships. As a speaker, Darcy conducts women's retreats and mother-daughter conferences throughout the country and speaks at conferences with her husband, Tim Kimmel, regarding marriage and parenting issues. Darcy and Tim have a passion for family and together founded Family Matters, a ministry dedicated to equipping families for every age and stage of life. As a writer, Darcy is coauthor of several books on parenting, grandparenting, and family relationships. Darcy also writes a quarterly column of encouragement and advice in the Family Matters publication Heart of the Home.

Darcy and Tim Kimmel were high school sweethearts. She and Tim have been blessed with two daughters, two sons, a son-in-law, and two granddaughters. They live in Scottsdale, Arizona. Darcy loves being a wife and mom more than anything else she does.
