Tyndale House Publishers Purchases Happy Day® And Faith That Sticks® Brands From Standard Publishing

Carol Stream, Ill. and Cincinnati, Ohio (9/26/2013 at 10:00 a.m. CDT)—Tyndale House Publishers (@tyndalehouse) has purchased Standard Publishing’s Happy Day ® and Faith That Sticks ® brands from Standard Publishing, a division of CFM Religion Publishing Group.
“The Faith that Sticks and Happy Day brands will give Tyndale opportunity to expand our ministry to children by providing helpful products to their parents and churches,” commented Doug Knox, Sr. VP, Group Publisher for Tyndale. Knox continued, “Our friends at Standard Publishing have successfully established a place in the market for the Faith that Sticks and Happy Day brands that we look forward to expanding upon.”
Said Peter Esposito, CEO and President, CFM Publishing, “Standard Publishing’s core strengths are in providing curriculum and special programming like our newly refreshed HeartShaper® children’s curriculum, Vacation Bible School programs, and the #1–selling Standard Lesson™ adult Bible resources.” He continued, “To better align and focus our future, we are selling these popular brands to Tyndale House, who has plans to grow the lines. We will continue to sell and promote the strong portfolio of children’s, youth, teen, and adult books we are proud to have published.”
Tyndale will begin accepting orders October 3, 2013, and shipments will begin October 17, 2013.
