Rita El-Mounayer is the CEO of SAT-7, a pioneering Christian satellite television and digital media network broadcasting across the Middle East and North Africa. Born and raised in Lebanon during years of war, Rita discovered her faith as a lifeline amid chaos and fear. Her early experiences of hardship, loss, and the quiet strength of belief became the foundation for her life's calling to bring light, truth, and hope to those living in darkness. She began her journey with SAT-7 as a children's presenter and producer, capturing hearts with her warmth and authenticity. Over three decades, she rose through the organization to become its first female CEO, leading with compassion, vision, and a steadfast belief in the power of media to heal and unite.

Today, Rita is recognized across the Arab world as a trusted voice of encouragement and faith. Her programs and leadership have impacted many viewers, who see in her a sister, friend, and spiritual guide. Rita holds a master's degree in Communication Practice from the University of Wales and currently resides in Cyprus, where she continues to lead SAT-7's mission of making God's love visible across the Middle East and North Africa.
