Rachel
Kovac offers a unique
voice to the homeschooling community, especially for parents navigating the
teen years. While much of the homeschooling conversation focuses on the early
years, Rachel brings firsthand experience and encouragement for families
continuing through high school.
As a writer, speaker, and photographer, Rachel understands the challenges
parents face when deciding whether to homeschool through high school. She
empowers them with vision and confidence, offering both practical guidance and
personal insights. Through the process of homeschooling her own children
through high school and successfully guiding them into college with scholarship
opportunities, Rachel has learned invaluable lessons about academics, college
admissions, and alternative pathways. She is eager to share her journey,
helping parents see that homeschooling through high school is not only possible
but also deeply rewarding and meaningful.
Rachel lives in Texas with her husband and six children, two of whom have moved
away to attend college. When she's not writing or homeschooling, she finds joy
in photography, sewing, gardening, sourdough baking, and learning Italian.
