Glenn Packiam is Lead Pastor of Rockharbor in Costa Mesa, California. He earned a Doctorate in Theology and Ministry from Durham University in the UK, and is a senior fellow at Barna Group and an adjunct professor at Denver Seminary. For over twenty years, he served in pastoral ministry at New Life Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and planted and led one of their congregations, New Life Downtown, for ten years.
