Dr. Josh and Christi Straub lead Famous at Home, an organization equipping families, kids, leaders, and organizations in emotional intelligence and family wellness. As authors, speakers, marriage and family coaches, TV cohosts, and cohosts of the weekly Famous at Home podcast, they have three sweet children and a feisty golden doodle named Copper, the beloved pet from their first children's book, What Am I Feeling?

Josh: Joshua Straub, PhD, is most renowned for his role as a husband and dad. He is also a speaker, author, marriage and leadership coach, and a podcast and TV cohost. Josh, along with his wife, Christi, lead Famous at Home, a company equipping families, leaders, and organizations in emotional intelligence and healthy family systems. He is also a fellow of the Townsend Institute for Leadership and Counseling. Josh most enjoys coaching leaders to be famous at home so they can thrive on their stage. He also speaks regularly for Joint Special Operations Command and serves military families across the country. Josh is author/coauthor of seven books, including Safe House: How Emotional Safety Is the Key to Raising Kids Who Live, Love, and Lead Well. He and Christi host the Famous at Home podcast and have cowritten three children's books together, including What Am I Feeling? and What Do I Do With Worry? to help parents foster emotional awareness in kids. Josh loves spending time on the lake and hiking with their three amazing kids, Landon, Kennedy, and Micah, and their feisty goldendoodle, Copper. Christi: Christi Straub, MA, MBA, is most famous as a wife and momma to three sweet kiddos. She is also a speaker, author, marriage and wellness coach, and a podcast and TV cohost. She is cofounder of Famous at Home and a fellow of the Townsend Institute for Leadership and Counseling. Her honesty, wittiness, and transparency are contagious. She is the cohost of the Famous at Home podcast and is coauthor of three children's books, including What Am I Feeling? and What Do I Do With Worry?, which fosters emotional awareness in kids. When she and Josh aren't working together, they spend time on the lake, train their disobedient puppy, and watch their kids crush karaoke on a stage built in their dining room.
