Ten years later, Charlie received his company's highest management award for recruiting, manpower and development, and business management. In 1965, he founded Life Management Services, where he spoke about his leadership experience at seminars and consulting services. He also founded Executive Books—now Tremendous Life Books—to share his love of literature with as many people as possible.
