Bruce Gordon is the former president of Focus on the Family, Canada.

He has served in senior leadership for many organizations. As a senior consultant and trainer for The Birkman Method, Bruce continues to coach, consult, and mentor pastors and leaders around the globe. He and his wife Denise are a resource to many through their consulting firm, Mentor Matrix Services, Inc.

Bruce serves part time on the pastoral team of Peace Portal Alliance Church, Vancouver BC, as a resource to the pastors and the 55+ demographic.
