I have searched for The Daily Walk Bible, which I see is out of print to my sincere disappointment. I have crashed two bible to where I can't read them anymore. The pages have just fallen apart. When two of these bibles, I have read the bible through around 15 times. I bought one earlier this year and didn't stay with it because it was too hard to follow. Now I'm going to try your new version and thank you for continually feeding us with easy reading for spiritual f fulfillment. God Bless Tyndale. I don't want to ramble on, but I just wanted to say that by the time I had reached Revelation each year and started anew, each year I discovered something I hadn't realized the year before.
Daily Walk Bible NLT: 31 Days with Jesus is a month-long daily devotional book going through all four Gospels, focusing on Jesus. Each day's reading has an OVERVIEWS to give you a big picture & main concepts of the Scripture section, a MY DAILY WALK to prompt introspection
I have bought and given Daily Walk Bibles. I love how each new chapter, has a time line, when it was written, who the main characters are, and what is going on in their lives. The problems with King James Bibles, is we don't talk that way. People can't read, nor understand it. So, they don't. I had a friend that stated the same. I gave him an NLT of this bible, and he said "I can read this, I can understand this!" Here was a man in his 70's, finally being able to understand God's Word! Glory to God!
I spent a year with this devotional Bible and loved every minute of it! The blending of a NLT with Walk Thru the Bible insights is a marriage made in heaven! This Bible has just the right amount of things to keep someone interested and thirsting for more. Not overdone or cluttered with extraneous things. Just the nuts and bolts of gaining a terrific overview of the Bible along with great "My Daily Walk" daily insights, "Overviews" that home in on the key features of each Bible Book, and "Insights" to help you feel "you are there." I've purchased several copies to give away. Thanks, Tyndale! :) Pastor Tom Vasiliow Evangelical Friends Church Southwest
