Senior Acquisitions Director - Nonfiction

This key position on our acquisition nonfiction team will lead the team in establishing acquisition strategies, cultivating existing agents and author relationships, and creating products while continuing to support Tyndale's mission to minister to the spiritual needs of the people through literature. Participation on the senior leadership team of the publishing group will be an important part of this position.
Requirements
Qualified candidates will be required to have a college degree; 8-10 years of publishing experience; knowledge of CBA books and content; excellent people and presentation skills; an ability to work in a collaborative environment; enjoys people and exhibits excellent people skills. If you're self-motivated, have proven leadership abilities, detail oriented, and can work on multiple project at the same time.....this could be just the right opportunity for you.
