Joe
Distribution Manager

14 years of service.

THP: What first attracted you to Tyndale House Publishers?
Joe: At first, I just needed a job. But the longer I worked here, the more I was attracted to stay here because of the way I was treated and the mission of getting Christ centered literature to everyone.

THP: What has made your department a pleasant/enjoyable place to work?
Joe: It's casual, but not totally laid back. We take shipping and returned product very seriously. The people I work with are down-to-earth and genuine. I have very precious friendships that have developed over the last 13 years.

THP: What has made Tyndale House Publishers a unique/exceptional place to work?
Joe: Unique in the way they treat employees. Everyone is treated fairly and even then some! The benefits are not always monetary. Some benefits are in the atmosphere provided and the leadership given. We have Godly people who don't just see us as a money-maker, but as a vessel being used to minister to others.
