THP: What first attracted you to Tyndale House Publishers?
Talinda: A "help wanted" ad in the newspaper. The first line read "A Christian company…" I was drawn to the boldness of that statement and I knew it was the place for me.

THP: What has made your department a pleasant/enjoyable place to work?
Talinda: I enjoy the variety of projects that I get to work on. I know that each project has the ability to change someone's life forever.
