Marie Works
David and Marie Works lost two teenage daughters on December 9, 2007, when a gunman attacked New Life Church in Colorado Springs. David was also shot but survived. The family has shared the story with ABC's Good Morning America, a Focus on the Family radio broadcast, Charisma Magazine, and the Associated Press. David is a senior systems administrator with a financial firm. Marie is a homemaker and homeschooling mom. They live in Colorado Springs with their surviving daughters, Laurie and Grace. |
