Pam McCune
Pam McCune brings all of her training and experience in Christian ministry to bear in an incredible resource for families, Redeeming the Season. For nearly two decades Pam's passion has been developing leadership and drawing others into an intimate walk with Jesus Christ. She has met those goals in a variety of ways, from working one-on-one with young women to helping direct outreach projects around the country and abroad. A staff member of Campus Crusade for Christ for 17 years, Pam has been impacting the lives of university women through speaking, Bible teaching, and mentoring since her days at Texas Tech University, where she earned a bachelor of science in mathematics education. Pam currently serves as the director of women's ministries in her home church, where she leads a program that seeks to make every woman complete in Christ through teaching, training, and discipleship. She regularly leads women of all ages in the study of God's Word and has also mentored junior high and high school girls, directed the AWANA youth program, and been involved in missions outreach. Pam offers biblical insights and teaching at retreats and conferences through her speaking ministry. In coordination with the release of Redeeming the Season, Pam and her coauthor, Kim Wier, have developed a Redeeming the Season Retreat, at which both women, as experienced teachers and speakers, offer an engaging way of preparing emotionally, physically, and spiritually for the holidays. Pam's great love of teaching and discipleship is put to greatest practice as the mother of Madison, 10, and Connor, 6. Pam, her two children, and her husband of 15 years, Jerry, live in the piney woods of Nacogdoches, in east Texas. |
